Europe and overseas: Parcels are sent by Post Priority. These prices are calculated as soon as the order is placed in the shopping basket.

The price includes packaging costs of between Fr. 4.50 and Fr. 5.50.

Delivery times

Most of our articles are immediately available from stock, which means for you a delivery time of approx. 2-7 working days for deliveries within Switzerland. For parcels sent to Europe, you should expect to wait approx. 2-10 days. Deliveries overseas take between 5 and 15 days. Should the delivery deadline exceptionally extend beyond a couple of weeks, you will be notified in writing as quickly as possible.

Reservation of ownership

The goods remain the property of Gottlieber Spezialitäten AG until full payment is received.

Compensation

Compensation cannot be claimed as a result of errors in the illustrations or prices and descriptions. This also applies to late delivery.

Payment

You have our trust and can pay by invoice (payable within 30 days) or, more simply, by credit card. Exceptions are made for deliveries abroad (see our terms and conditions of delivery). We reserve the right to run a credit check on our customers and, in specific cases, to request payment prior to delivery.

Prices & Value Added Tax

All items are priced in Swiss francs (Fr.) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at 2.4%, as shown on the final invoice. The prices in our online shop are updated daily. Under certain circumstances, they may differ slightly from the list prices. We do not accept liability for printing errors and mistakes.

VAT is not added to dispatches abroad if the recipient of the invoice is resident abroad.

Terms and conditions of delivery

We will deliver the ordered goods to any address in Switzerland or the Grand Duchy of Lichtenstein.

For deliveries abroad the following special terms and conditions apply. Deliveries are only possible against payment in advance or by credit card. The shipping costs are calculated when you place your online order. The purchaser is responsible for all other charges (such as customs duties).

Data protection

All the customer’s details, such as name, delivery address, financial data, etc. are used exclusively for the purpose of handling the order and are not disclosed to third parties.
